When will my order arrive?

For mainland UK, your order should take about 2 to 4 working days to arrive. If you're in the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, or Scottish Islands, it may take 3 to 5 working days.

Some larger or heavier items might take a little longer because they need special delivery, but don’t worry – we’ll drop them off at your door for free!

Other Things to Know:

• If you order after 11 am on a weekday, we’ll send it the next working day.
• Orders made on the weekend go out on Monday.
• Check your order carefully before confirming it!

Delivery Details:

• Deliveries are to your door, Monday to Friday.
• We don’t set up your tree or take away packaging.
• We’ll always let you know if there’s any delay.
• If you refuse delivery for reasons other than damage or incorrect items, we’ll refund you minus delivery and return costs.

Was your package damaged or lost?

Damaged Package:

If your package arrives damaged, let us know within 7 days. Make sure to give us the UPC code from the box and tell us what’s damaged. We’ll pick it up and send a replacement if it’s still in stock.

Lost Package:

If your package is lost or not moving in transit, contact us! We’ll work with the courier and update you within 24 hours. If it says delivered but you didn’t get it, we’ll sort it out.

Missing Items/Parts:

Check your account to track your order. If something is missing, reach out and we’ll help you right away.

Wrong Product:

If you got the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours, and we’ll fix it!
