You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, under the Distance Selling Regulations. If you cancel, you’ll get a full refund, but you’ll need to cover return postage unless the product is faulty. Custom-made items are excluded from this right.
We aim to process refunds within 30 days, though it’s usually quicker. If your items are unwanted, you’ll need to cover the return costs. If they’re faulty, we’ll take care of the return costs for you.
