If you place an order on a weekday before 11 pm GMT, we’ll usually ship it the next day, unless you’ve chosen a specific date. Orders made over the weekend will be sent out on Monday, unless you’ve picked another day.

If you ordered by phone or online, you have the right to cancel your order and get a full refund, thanks to the Consumer Rights Directive.
To cancel, just contact Customer Service with your order number. You can cancel any time from when you place the order up to 14 days after receiving your items. If your order has multiple items, the 14-day period starts when you get the last one. After cancelling, you have 14 more days to return the items in good condition. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, directly to your door. We don’t set up trees or remove packaging. If there’s a delay, we’ll let you know. If your delivery is refused or cancelled for non-damaged items, we’ll refund you, but you’ll need to cover return shipping costs.
